Indian Air Force (IAS) Has Recently Published A Recruitment Notification For Male Candidates for Filling up Commissioned Officer Vacancies In Flying , Technical and Ground duty Branches by Conducting Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) - 2014 . i. No. 15 Short Service Commission (15 SSC) Course
Technical Branch:
i. No. 86 Aeronautical Engineers (86 AEC) Course
(Permanent Commission)
ii. No. 58 Short Service Commission (58 SSC) Course
Ground Duty Branches:
i. No. 137 Ground Duty Officers’ (137 GDOC) Course (Permanent Commission)
ii. No. 30 Short Service Commission (30 SSC) Course
Age Limit :
1. For Fyling Branch Candidates age should be between 19 Years To 23 Years .
2. For Technical Branch Candidates age should be 18 years To 28 Years .
3. For Graduates Candidates age should be between 20 Years To 23 years .
4. For Post Graduate / LLB Posts Candidates age should be between 20 years To 25 Years .
5. For M.ED / Ph.D / CA / ICWA In Ground Duty Branches Posts Candidates age should
be between 20 years To 27 Years as on 01 January 2015 .
Note : Age Relaxation will be applicable as per government rules .
Educational Qualification : Applicants should have Completed Graduation & post Graduation Degree From a recognized
university with Minimum 60% Marks .
Selection process : Eligible Candidates will be Selected on Intelligence Test , Psychological Test , Group Test , Medical Examination and Interview Performance basse .
